자니 캐시는 수 년간 낙서하듯 끄적거리며 스켓치도 하고 그림을 그렸다

1993년 이 그림을 

나중에 자니캐시 기념관을 설립한 친구 Bill Miller에게 보여주자

친구 Miller 는 즉시 추상표현주의적인 이 그림 Flight ( 그림 제목도 자니캐시가 작명함)를

화랑가에 내 놓았다 

화상들은 수집가들을 만족시킬 수 있는 좋은 소재를 발견하였다고 흥분하였으나

자니캐시의 바쁘고 소모적인 공연스케줄때문인지

더 이상의 미술작품은 불행히도 발견되지 않았고 이 작품 Flight가 유일한 작품이다

실크스크린 채색화( serigraph )로 350부 한정판으로 제작되었다
